Guiding the client on the construction of a padel club
After 6 hours of discussion on the padel project, our communication process with the client was constructive and in-depth. First, we arranged a meeting to discuss their needs and expectations with the client face to face. In the meeting, we presented our padel club proposal in detail, including details such as equipment, venue layout, maintenance, etc.
Propose targeted suggestions to increase interaction
The client expressed their desire for a club environment that emphasizes a friendly, social and competitive atmosphere. We actively listened and provided suggestions, such as comfortable seating areas, an auditorium, and adding an online booking system to improve the user experience.
Discussing design and budget issues
Then we explained in detail the design and construction process of the padel venue, including material selection, construction time, and possible challenges. At this stage, we actively answered the client's questions about design details and budget, and gradually clarified their expectations. When discussing technical details, we emphasized our team's expertise and experience in padel venue construction. We also explored possible customization options with the client to ensure that they get a satisfactory solution.
Reaching an agreement and resolving all clients concerns
Finally, the two parties reached an agreement on the contract details, payment method, project progress, etc. The customer decided to order 12 sets of padel, which showed their confidence in our solution. The entire communication process not only deepened our cooperation with the customer, but also made important progress for our project.
